GoPro is seeking an Equipment Assistant for GoPro Entertainment. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Media Equipment room. This includes the packing/unpacking of gear for productions while tracking inventory for 20+ productions a week. You will be responsible for tracking lost & damaged items within GoPro’s internal Inventory System, maintaining an organized workspace as well as managing/allocating materials for Production Teams & Producers.

This position is located in Munich, Germany with no wider travel, mostly working in the office.

What You Will Do

You will work in a young, dynamic and creative team.

Prepare, unpack, organize, pack, track, ship and maintain (existing & new) equipment for Media Productions;
Track wear/tear/damage & lost items per shoot/team through Online Inventory system;
Maintain & Track inventory of Production Items for replenishment;
Manage transfer of footage and content coordination, incl. Hard Drive maintenance;
Communicate ideas / known issues / use cases with appropriate team members for troubleshooting, brainstorming and problem solving;
Maintain and extremely clean & organized workspace;
Share the stoke of the brand within our moving images distributed worldwide.
Skills We’re Looking for:

You have a background/qualification/currently/experience/studying in the field of media technology, post-production, and/or film production and want to learn more to push these skills further;
You have a technical understanding of the video post-production process and software, including Adobe Premiere, and are enthusiastic about new technologies;
You can work self-sufficiently and are a confident communicator;
You have a great attention to detail and are very organized;
You are able to think critically about technology;
You are energetic, a self-starter, proactive, independent and full of energy;
You are open and willing to learn and passionate about sports, outdoors, culture & arts and travel;
You enjoy working in a team and supporting the same goal;
You enjoy working with equipment and have been working with our cameras & products already and are able to lift 25kg;
You speak English fluently + preferred additional European language.
