Our Sales Strategy & Planning team is responsible for the strategic direction and schedule planning to create an optimal pipeline with a focus on revenue optimization, Sales force effectiveness and Product integration. The focus for the team is improving performance throughout the value chain from front-line sales to merchant partners and to the end customer.
We’re currently on the look-out for savvy Sales Operations Administrator who will provide analytical support to our Sales and Operations team to deliver in accordance with Groupon business needs. You’ll work closely with our sales teams to provide analytical support, lead allocation, data change requests and escalating issues for resolution whilst ensuring Salesforce accuracy.
You’re bright, commercially savvy and your high energy and roll up your sleeves attitude will be critical to your success.
A bit about the role:
Liaising between various departments, performing Salesforce additions, edits and change requests
Assessing quality ranking of merchants and account allocation in Salesforce
Ensuring requests are authorised and submitted according to policy and process
Salesforce database maintenance ensuring accurate and consistent records are kept
Day to day ad hoc reporting requests, data guidance and information requests
Continually innovate to support your team in becoming high performers
The ideal candidate
1 -2 years’ experience in a similar role, administration or data entry capacity (Sales support, e-commece, marketing or media highly desirable)
Data and detail oriented with strong administrative and organisational skills
Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering results while juggling multiple projects
A willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and use initiative as required – a true team player
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs
