Our Groupon Coupons team continues to establish Groupon as an integral marketing and advertising partner of iconic global brands. These brands not only shift the needle towards team and company revenue goals, but they are also a major source of subscriber activation and engagement.

As an Account Manager in our Coupons team, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing Australian affiliate partners & programs with a key focus on the growth of our Top Retail Merchants.

In this key role, you will focus on delivering strategic and effective campaigns while ensuring top quality content is promoted at all times to drive online ad sales and affiliate partnerships.

A bit about the role

Building new client and partner relationships and maintaining direct relationships with the top affiliates in the Australian market
Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure Merchants are able to maximize the true and full potential of utilizing Groupon as an advertising platform
Full cycle management of campaigns, creating new offers and general day to day management of Key Merchants
Negotiating bespoke commercial deals while liaising with product teams to determine key promotions to pass on to affiliate
Work closely with Sales, production & content to ensure the continued success of campaigns
Analysing and reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual account performance
‪Evaluating opportunities and setting structure to achieve efficient ROI
Act as brand ambassador at all times and continue to establish strong connections within the online marketing and affiliate industry
A bit about you:

Prior Account Management experience (client facing or agency highly desirable)
Knowledge of online marketing and affiliate marketing, digital domains and revenue models / affiliate platform tracking
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, customer-focused instincts and sound judgement
Commercially and analytically minded with strong financial evaluation and performance marketing management skills
An outgoing personality and a great sense of humor!
