The Associate Solution Engineer is a key collaborator whose mission is to help identify, profile and qualify business opportunities. He/She will also collaborates and provides technical sales support to Solution Engineers in order to support prospects in navigating their selection and decision-making process. The ideal candidate has a 1 -3 years in a supply chain role ideally associated with supply chain decision support analytics, or planning capabilities and is passionated about Cognitive Automation and the Future of Work.

Responsibilities

    • Develop a deep technical understanding of Aera's platform becoming autonomous to create compelling solutions
    • Develop a robust understanding of Aera’s primary Cognitive Skills enabling customers to visualize the art of the possible
    • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and assist them with Proposals, RFx responses
    • Support prospects and partners in their user adoption
    • Showcase Aera’s advanced capabilities with customers in a demo environment

About You

    • 1-3 years of experience , ideally associated with supply chain decision support, analytics, or planning capabilities
    • Strong analytical skills and passion for problem-solving
    • Ability to understand systems and analyse large data sets
    • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously
    • Knowledge of technical tools or languages (R, SQL, other programming languages)
    • Experience writing proposals and SOWs
    • Experience in the process manufacturing; especially pharmaceutical, chemicals, and/or CPG
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
    • A strong bias towards teamwork and collaboration
    • Working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
    • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
    • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Master’s degree preferred
