Job Description
As a Business Analyst in the BPM & Analytics team, you will be working closely with Category, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on multiple data and business-driven projects. This is a high-visibility and a constantly evolving role that requires continuous learning and the ability to multitask across multiple projects. 
  • Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Define product, operations, and marketing problems and identify the right metrics, lead and lag indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Work with Tech/Engineering teams to build and maintain the business analytics ecosystem of the organization.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to define, track and measure key business goals/metrics for the organization.
  • Handle the pricing responsibilities for multiple categories.
  • Expected to handle some/all of the above responsibilities in addition to other responsibilities.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelors in Engineering.
  • 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business analyst/Decision scientist.
  • Strong business acumen and prior experience in business teams are a plus.
  • A postgraduate degree is not a requirement.
  • Strong problem solving ability with competent analytics capability is a must for this role.
  • Proficiency with Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL querying skills on large databases.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills backed by clear verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in SQL, MySQL, PostGRE SQL and MS-Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Additional preferred skills are R/Python, Quicksight, App Scripting.
