Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for channel partner acquisition and account management and acquisition of new clients. You will drive business development efforts that generate leads for Premium interior projects, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.
In addition to personal sales goals and assigned targets, you will be pivotal in winning business to reach targeted goals by ensuring that leads are exchanged, relationships are managed and clients are given a seamless experience.
 
Responsibilities :
  • Drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets.
  • Build a network of real estate brokers and develop partnerships with them, and continuously interact with them to build a strong influence over the network. Share latest development and programs for them and the end user
  • Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the residential interiors market, sector, industry trends, future projects, etc, and conduct sales benchmarking of competitor brands
  • Generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings
  • Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests, and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the clientʼs needs and expectations
  • Collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work
Job Requirement
Expertise and Qualification :
  • Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing or another field relevant to this role, with a minimum of 5-8 years of Sales/Business development experience.
  • Experience in managing complex B2C sales / BD cycle within the Residential Real Estate or Residential Interiors.
  • Knowledge about real estate brokers and their business.
  • Knowledge of the Residential Market Sector in India including competitive positioning and strategy.
  • Experience working in Architecture, Interior Design firms or related fields.
  • Should be able to travel in the region/location.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.
  • Good relationship management and account management skills.
