Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to drive business growth and profitability within assigned product categories. Your expertise in market analysis, product selection, pricing, and promotion will be instrumental. Join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on Livspace's success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with the objectives of the Services and Stores Team.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities within assigned categories.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to optimize costs, quality, and availability of products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, monitor category performance, and recommend actionable strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Job Requirement
Graduation or similar
4+yrs of relevant experience
Strong analytical skills
Basic knowledge of category management principles, merchandising techniques, and pricing strategies.
Excellent relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
