The Role

As a highly consumer-centric and data-driven organization, GoPro has an incredible opportunity for a Consumer Insights Manager who is passionate about studying consumers and communicating why they behave and feel the way they do.  As part of a team of researchers and reporting to the Sr. Dir of Insights and Analytics, this role will focus primarily on optimizing software and subscription features, experiences, business models, and marketing communications by bringing the voice of the customer to life through a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.  We are looking for a creative thinker who can proactively drive research projects from ideation to actionable and strategic recommendations.

What You Will Do

  • Identify opportunities to address key strategic questions that can be answered through consumer insights
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to develop, study, and report actionable consumer research projects
  • Collaborate with Analytics and UX Research teams to develop a comprehensive and compelling understanding of consumer behavior that will help drive growth and mitigate risk
  • Effectively communicate research findings across the organization, from peers to senior leadership

Skills We’re Excited About

  • 5-10 years’ experience in a Consumer Insights role
  • Hands-on experience writing and programming surveys in Qualtrics
  • Experience with trade-off methodologies
  • Practical understanding of advanced statistics
  • Qualitative research moderating experience
  • Experience with integrating data for deeper consumer analysis
  • Strong experience with Tableau for survey testing

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be dependent on candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ. Pay range: $119,000-$140,000.
