What you will do:

You will join the Data Engineering and Business Intelligence team with the mission of
- Maintain and improve our data ingestion platform
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processing pipelines for data ingestion and sharing
- Contribute to system architecture design discussions and improvements
- Work closely with Analytics Engineers on solving complex business problems
- Communicating with different teams regarding data quality, consistency, and availability
- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure the reliability, and efficiency of the data pipeline. Define and optimize data quality, engineering practices, and standards
- Act as an advisor for other engineers and share knowledge within the team
- 2+ years experience as a Data Engineer
- Proven track record of working with SQL, Python, Airflow and Terraform
- Experience in large-scale data processing (Apache Spark or similar) and Scala/Java is a big plus
- Strong expertise in cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery
- Fluency in English verbal and written skills
