Job Description
This role will be reporting to the Head of CEO's office and will be responsible for managing all Admin/Executive Assistant related activities to India CEO , Livspace.
 
  • Calendar Management for India CEO – Arranging Conference and Video Conference calls /Team Events/ Trainings/Conferences/Office management.
  • Travel Management- Support on itinerary finalization (Tickets, Visa, Accommodation, Forex, Airport &  local transfers, cabin/room bookings in travel destination offices) also includes direct ticket booking for domestic & international travel for the India CEO.
  • Expense and Bills processing – Claiming, reconciliation & submission of all original bills and follow up until closure including expense tracker maintenance.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Administrative/ Secretarial assistance-Providing administrative assistance to the India CEO for general activities requests, refreshments,lunch/dinner/refreshment arrangements for team meetings and larger group meetings. Discussion room/Board room bookings and tracking.
  • Procurement Co-ordination -One point contact for procuring items (Quotation, Purchase orders, payment advice and vendor creations).
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Graduate
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Good Communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Basic Technical know how in MS Office
