General Manager – Sales & Ops

GM- Sales & Ops
As GM – Sales & Ops, you will:
  • Own and be responsible for business growth of one of our sales vertical, managing sales teams to ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved
  • Design and implement initiatives associated with business growth, working with key business functions to launch and run the initiatives to success, and track key success metrics
  • Define and implement sales process to enable delivery of a consistently superior customer experience, and achievement of business targets
 
Job Requirement
  • You have 3-4 years of experience working as a sales head in a fast paced organization or as a business head in a real estate organization
  • You have demonstrated experience in leading sales teams to consistently achieve targets
  • You are a self-starter and independent learner focused on finding solutions
  • Masters degree in Business from a top global or regional university (good to have), with an undergraduate degree from a top global or regional university
  • You have a structured thought process and a strong analytical ability, and experience with operational execution
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive outcomes
  • You have demonstrated competency with spreadsheets, business planning, financial modelling, process mapping and project management tools
  • Strong preference for candidates who don't require visa sponsorship
