Job Description / Skills Required

  • Build and manage key accounts and generate business. Responsible for driving sales from the Architect's community and maintaining a good relationship with the Architects.
  • Outstanding execution skills with the ability to successfully deliver technical strategies and engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills coupled with business acumen and the ability to communicate with conviction and clarity to both technologists and business executives alike.
  • The ability to assess team member's strengths and limitations, provide appropriate mentoring, develop action plans for team to achieve their potential, and become an advocate for technical sales across the organization
  • Visionary thinker, who helps establish a clear vision for the business, with the ability to foresee obstacles and opportunities and generate breakthrough ideas
  • A champion of new initiatives with an ability to successfully work across different groups, and to execute by bridging functional and divisional.
 
Job Requirement
  • Graduate degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role (Being an Architect will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 – 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • The ability to lead through influence rather than from authority or power
  • You have Experience working in Architecture, Interior Design firms, Builders or related fields
  • You have Experience in managing complex B2B sales within the design and space solution domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
