As a Manager – HR Systems Implementation, you will design and implement an HRIS for the organization (globally). You will also ensure that all processes and procedures are continually reviewed, improved and the changes communicated for effective HR Tech implementation. Collaborate with all business users, along with vendor partners for multiple modules, across multiple geographies, that need integration with HR Systems. Responsible for driving system adoption across all modules & geographies.
- To develop the Business Requirement Document for all System configurations & reports. The Business Requirement Documents are to be based on existing and desired HR systems, applications, processes and policies.
- Define governance model & work with countries / regions and partners on designing local additions people tech landscape and help ensure efficient data flows throughout
- Responsible for implementation of all HR Systems globally with various business users, along with vendor partners for multiple modules, across multiple geographies, that need integration with HR Systems.
- Customization of various reports as per user requirements and customization of various templates.
- Helping all technical teams in customizations, integration between systems, and conducting functional & user testing of the customization
- Create strategy to drive adoption of systems and plan to reach 100% adoption.
- Helping the end users in solving issues and user training on various processes.
- Preparation of various user manuals and training documentation for all modules/processes.
- Periodic discussions with internal/external users on changes in requirements by analyzing all change requests and documenting them, focusing on understanding how to map these requirements to standard application functionality.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are continually reviewed, improved, and changes communicated for effective HR Tech implementation.
- Be capable of initiating new processes, participate in new process transitions globally in coordination with the businesses and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and report metrics to HR Leadership on adoption, accuracy/error report, timelines across all modules of the HR System.
- Steer third party providers and manage maintenance / support offerings incl. SLAs and KPI tracking for issues & tickets.
- Lead and/ or support implementation projects for new tools or add-ons.
- Ensure GDPR compliance for all global people processes and efficient data deletion / purging.
Job Requirement
- Preferably an Engineering Graduate / MBA | (B.Tech + MBA will be preferred).
- 6+ years of working experience including a minimum of 3+ years of relevant implementation experience.
- Should have experience in implementing 2 to 5 HCM / HR Tech related projects (functional expertise)
- Should be able to interpret requirement from customer to an executable product
- Should be able to drive projects related to change management.
- Has managed relationships at CXO / VP level and large enterprise deals.
- Result-oriented with the ability to drive consistent business performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Confident in leading and supporting implementation and integration initiatives.
- Excellent articulation skills and managing relationships.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Preference to have strong background on HR Systems, applications, processes and policies.
- Understand System Capabilities and Application platforms.
