What you'll do
Come join our managed services operations! As a Production Strategist, you will be directly involved in sales cycle of new customers, managing existing projects and creating strategy for long term key customers. You will work with a range of customer stakeholders and internal functions, including solutions architects, engineers, product, linguist and project management teams to implement and maintain the optimal service delivery framework for our customers.
As a senior member of the team, you will drive our service delivery strategy with Lilt's executive team. You will regularly consult with our key customers to measure and evaluate performance against Key Performance Indicators and SLAs, effectively managing and mitigating change and other program risk areas, trouble-shooting issues, identifying opportunities for enhancing our service offering, and driving the required solutions.
This role will work remotely from Boston until such time as the Company establishes permanent office premises, at which time this role will be expected to work in the office in a hybrid capacity.
