Job Description
Inventory Management
  • Define inventory levels at the vendor and the warehouse
  • Constantly monitor inventory levels, check inventory goodness, flag stockouts and overstocking
  • Create forecasting models to hold the right inventory at the right place
Supplier Management
  • Coordinate with suppliers to validate and update on deliveries and payments
  • Conduct regular meetings with the supplier to communicate performance and improvement areas.
  • Build supplier dashboard for performance tracking and continuously improve SLAs
  • Project Management
  • Define, lead and implement as part of Standard Operating process, projects for RM planning and delivery
Lead ERP implementation
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in processes and departmental coordination Own P2P process
  • Own the end-to-end process of PO closures till material is received at warehouse after quality check.
  • Drive regular open Purchase order reconciliations.
  • Create buying projections with sourcing team to check for potential blockers
  • Formulating MIS reports
  • Monitor and reduce inbound logistics cost
Job Requirement
  • MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of work-experience in Inventory Planning
  • Understanding of Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management
  • Skilled in working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills
  • Must have skills in Excel to manage data for dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
