Job Description
A short introduction about the business unit & role:
The Central Org supports platform teams and businesses across Corporate India and Corporate Global. The core Central Org comprises of Finance, Marketing, Category and HR functions.
Regional Manager, Warehouse and Logistics is a part of the Supply Chain Management function aligned to the Category function. The primary responsibility includes managing FCs/Warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
  • Concentrate on Recruitment & selection process and ensure on board selected team and to motivate employee to create better environment
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, dispatch, and maintenance operations
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization for all facilities
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Prepare annual budget and cost control.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
  • Maintaining warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring Warehouse Optimization by effective space utilization.
  • Establish productivity goals for the regional warehouse without loss of quality of work
  • Coordinate with client operation team/IHQ and all stakeholders and ensure error-free operation in the region.
  • Ensuring Last-Mile Delivery to our customers, in time
  • Responsible for vendor development , rate negotiation, agreements, budget.
  • Monitoring vehicle utilization
Job Requirement
  • Qualification : MBA with BTech / BE Preferred
  • 5-8yrs of relevant experience
  • Team Management experience
  • Reporting, Budget making expertise
  • Should have worked with relevant industry managing a large warehouse facility
