Job Description
As a technical Manager – Design & Sale, you are responsible for managing the helping the partners (Franchise Owners) & there team in sales and Design Process.
 
  • Helping Partner in sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output. 
  • Manage designing of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month. 
  • Managing work output of Partner and Team for 10 Stores. 
  • Help the partner in Hiring the ID’s by taking technical interview. 
  • Training designers to achieve predictable sales and design output. 
  • Collaborate with Category team and cross functional teams to help in gathering market feedback
Job Requirement
  • B.Arch., Interior Design | Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager. 
  • Led and delivered minimum 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end Project Management)
  • Applicants should be mobile pan India as the said role is transferable in nature
  •  Role involves extensive traveling to dealer counters in the unit
