The Role:


We are looking for an Office Administrator who will assume administrative tasks and support senior management, clients, employees, and other stakeholders. In addition, the Office Administrator will ensure our office’s smooth operation and report to the Director of Operations. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is exceptionally organized, tech-savvy, flexible and adaptable, curious, works well independently, and is trustworthy.


This role will be located in Seattle, WA, and will work as a hybrid remote and in-office position.




  • Be the main point of contact for the company, handling all incoming general communication, and redirecting to the appropriate parties (i.e., phone, physical mail, and email)
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar
  • Assist the CEO and COO as needed (i.e., travel arrangements and logistics, administration, etc.)
  • Handle the logistics of all onsite/offsite meetings and events to ensure their success
  • Manage and maintain the office environment, inventory, and equipment
  • Coordinate laptops and other digital equipment (shipping/receiving)
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials, and coordinate shipping/receiving of materials
  • Handle shipments to/from customers and employees
  • Manage the physical and digital filing systems
  • Ensure documents are signed and executed copies are stored correctly, documenting processes
  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Operations and marketing team, as needed
  • Point of contact for their counterpart at other firms




  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Highly computer literate – proficient in both Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & Google Suite
  • Additional IT ability, an asset
  • Self-starter that takes initiative and is flexible and adaptable
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Understanding of office management procedures
  • A continuous learner that’s curious and eager to learn new things
  • High school diploma, BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred


Hybrid (Seattle, WA) – Part-Time (20 to 25 hours per week)
$20 – $30/hour depending on experience
