This role belongs to our Commercial Interiors/ Livspace for Business org, which helps businesses to Livspace their Work Space, Retail Space, Hotel Space, Healthcare Space and here's what expected out of this proposed role in this exciting team:
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
- Responsible for implementing MEP works for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- To be able to understand and correlate the MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ . Maintain the Wos, Drawings and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time
- Knowledge on MEP services such as PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking etc and the sequence of works.
- Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Project Manager on the same.
- Managing project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations.
- Review MEP contractor’s shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural as builts to ensure engineering co-ordination and bring up site issues to the Project Manager.
- Closely working with the manufacturers, product development team and logistics team to ensure a high standard of Execution and Customer Experience.
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical in construction related field is preferable
- 5 to 8 years of experience in executing Corporate interior design projects
- Good at MEP HVAC Low side & High side works, Electrical, FAPA systems (Fire Alarm & Public Address), PHE, Sprinkler system, security system, BMS, AV & Networking.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles.
- Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and internal teams.
