here's what is expected out of this proposed role.
Project specific
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project & manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
- Manage the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals & report/ escalate to management as needed.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Process & performance
- Develop methods and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create , develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Foster teamwork between all project stakeholders and ensure that projects managers work cooperatively with the
- appropriate Client SMEs
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Job Requirement
- BE Civil/ Architecture or Bachelor's Degree in other relevant fields of study.
- Project management professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong in Retail interior fit-out projects with an understanding of design & vendor management.
- Proven knowledge and experience of risk management & time management & working knowledge on scheduling with working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google sheets etc
- Proven experience in client handling and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and good with coordinating with various internal functions and
- departments
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking small-scalendle multiple small scale projects at a time
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
