The Role

The People Operations Systems Analyst provides operational support for the People Team and the delivery of People Systems projects. You will play a critical role in the final stages of implementation, ongoing updates, enhancements, and support of current modules in Workday and ServiceNow. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Understand the technical backend of Workday and ServiceNow. Communicate effectively with IT/Infrastructure engineers regarding technical fixes and enhancements to the platforms.
  • Work with internal teams to support employee programs with systems and process improvements, including system configuration and maintenance, testing, reporting and analytics, information security, and quality control for the various systems required for People Team.
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and processing tasks in Workday such as, but not limited to creating and maintaining locations, cost centers, organizations, business processes, security assignments, monitoring integrations and alerts, and EIB loads.
  • Responsible for quarterly SOX and systems audits and working with external and internal auditors.
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and processing tasks in ServiceNow such as, but not limited to creating and maintaining workflows, documenting processes, creating knowledge base articles, home page design, surveys, responding to tickets, or reassigning to others as needed.
  • Consistently reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting.
  • Recommends ways to improve manager and employee self-service and reduce contact with People Team ‘help desk’ related to basic personnel transactions.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the People Team and Payroll, IT, Accounting, and others with regards to People Team systems and enhancements.
  • Participate as a project team member in People Systems implementation projects and People Operations projects.
  • Engage with the Workday Community and biannual releases to stay current on system capabilities to recommend solutions to address business needs.
  • Responsible for document storage and employee personnel files in Workday.
  • Own documentation of People Systems processes and procedures for both internal people team use and employee training.

Skills We’re Excited About

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 3 years minimum of Workday experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, strong Excel skills
  • Strong technical and analytic skills

  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize work and multi-task

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be dependent on candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ. Pay range:  $65,875-$77,500.
