Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. As the Paid Social Manager with a focus on App Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and engagement for our mobile applications. You will be responsible for devising and implementing innovative paid social media strategies that maximize user acquisition, retention, and overall growth of our apps.


  1. Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to achieve specific goals for app marketing, including user acquisition, app installs, and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media campaigns with overall brand objectives and target audience.
  2. Campaign Management:

    • Create, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns on various social ad platforms to drive app installs and relevant in-app actions.
    • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Budget Allocation and Tracking:

    • Manage budget allocation effectively across different social media platforms and campaigns to ensure efficient spending and maximum results.
    • Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Audience Targeting:

    • Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to identify high-value user segments for app marketing.
    • Utilize audience targeting tools and data to reach the right users at the right time with compelling ad creatives.
  5. App Store Optimization (ASO):

    • Collaborate with the ASO team to optimize app store listings for increased visibility and organic installs.
    • Leverage paid social campaigns to drive app store traffic and improve conversion rates.
  6. Competitive Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms to maintain a competitive advantage.
    • Benchmark our app marketing efforts against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize social media analytics tools and app tracking platforms to generate performance reports and present key insights to stakeholders.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Paid Social Manager or in a similar app marketing role.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms' advertising capabilities and best practices, with a focus on Google, Meta, Snapchat, & Tiktok.
  • An ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns: Understand user cohorts and journeys on Apps, from install to re-engagement
  • You should have strong knowledge of at least one of App. measurement partners (AMP) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular etc. 
  • You have a good knowledge of recent developments in App measurement around ATT, SKAdNetwork Solutions, Modelled Conversions, Consent Mode, Opt-ins and GDPR.
  • Experience managing mobile app marketing campaigns with a demonstrated track record of driving app installs and user engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and app attribution platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Result-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
