Product Director – Coverage

We are looking for a Director of Product to lead our Coverage supply efforts. 

Simply put, we are looking for a visionary leader and vibrant team member who can envision, strategize and execute on the future of our supply.

What are the specific tasks for this role?

• Oversee the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the Coverage tribe.

• Mentor and manage Product managers in your tribe to help deliver the Coverage strategy. 

• Nurture a data-first culture, where goals, roadmap prioritisation and processes are driven by KPIs and focused on customer needs

• Communicate your tribe's vision, goals, and progress across the company at every opportunity, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every decision in the product organisation and beyond

• Work closely with senior stakeholders in commercial, operations and marketing to align business goals, customer needs and product vision

What does a typical Director of Product do at Omio?

• Establish a shared vision across the company by building agreement on product execution with an understanding of Omio's USPs

• Lead a team of seasoned Product Managers

• Guide product development with several groups of experienced engineers and design leaders

• Own the outcome of the Coverage supply tribe, providing detailed insights into KPIs for the management team

• Work closely with other leadership members to set and influence company product strategy

• You'll report to the VP Coverage with connections to other leadership team members in Tech, Commercial, Design, and Marketing.

What you bring to the table

• You'll have over 10 years experience in Product development

• You’ll have experience mentoring, coaching, and managing a team of product managers

• You'll have a background in launching products that improve the business

• You have a strong analytical mindset and approach (qualitative and quantitative), using data to understand users, uncover insights and prioritise your roadmap

• You have a passion for balancing data-driven and customer-centric product management, always thinking about what the customer needs

• You've shipped complex products in a fast-growing company before while working with non-tech team members

• You're a natural storyteller who loves to engage the wider organisation, sharing insights, results, and plans.
