Toast is looking for a motivated, organized, detail-oriented team player to help bring our G&A and FinTech teams’ top strategic and operational objectives to life. This roll* will foster collaboration across business and systems teams to deliver meaningful improvements to complex challenges for our customers and internal teams. As a trusted partner to your stakeholders, you will take a leadership roll* in driving high quality solutions that meet business needs and are scalable across the organization.

In this roll*, you will: 

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to be a trusted partner 
  • Analyze data and information from across the business to understand the ROI and relative priority of different challenge areas to build out a roadmap that maximizes value
  • Own the full lifecycle of your projects to include gathering requirements, writing and managing detailed user stories, collaborating with architects and the system team to ensure the solution meets business needs, facilitating testing including managing test issues, and supporting go-live 
  • Coordinate with related projects and teams to achieve deliverables, and provide subject matter expertise to support other teams 
  • Regularly report out on project / program status

Do you have the right ingredients*?

  • 3+ years experience in sales ops or accounting/billing/financal operations, product management, consulting or other equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with technologies such as, CPQ, Netsuite and DocuSign 
  • Proficiency using Agile project methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex end-to-end processes and identify improvements 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize requirements, and influence roadmap
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$85,000—$136,000 USD
