Job Description
This role will be managing vendors/ warehouse on all finished materials QC related activities.
- Checking all the finished materials (Wooden and Hardware)in terms of quality and specification as per given PO/Checklist.
- Assuring the company’s quality standard.
- Assuring the products are delivered within the SLA.
- Managing(Co-ordinate) the movement of the goods at Warehouse/ Vendor facility.
- Working on priority for any discrepancy/rejections
- Setting the requirements for finished materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Communication with the store team at the warehouse/Vendor facility.
- Doing RCA on rejection materials and implementing CAPA in coordination with the supplier.
- Follow up with the Warehouse team and ensure GRN done within the specified time.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Graduation or similar
- Must have 1 to 2 years prior experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent combination of training or work experience.
- Knowledge of Finished material (Boards, Laminate, Hardware, etc)
- Knowledge of the quality aspects of the furniture.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Good communication skill
- Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft office, etc).
