Job Description
As a Regional Head – Design, you will own the  Interior Designing brand experience by focusing on building a consistent and cohesive visual design embedded touchpoint externally and internally.  Will be responsible to lead the design operations and customer experience for clients along with the following other key responsibilities :
  • Managing and leading the Design operations and its strategy for Residential Interiors.
  • Designing and space planning of residential projects and partnering with the Sales team to understand the client's requirement and extend support on creating the design pitch and achieve cost effective business conversion without compromising on the customer / client experience.
  • Help manage the technical aspects of the project, including the selection of finishes and fittings and space planning.
  • Managing the review / approval / rejection / resubmission of specifications and samples.
  • Ensuring productivity & work output by imparting required training and leading discussions on designs.
  • Ensuring work output of Designers Team and managing designing of multiple projects month-on-month.
  • Manage strategic alliances / business partnerships through builders, architects and interior consultants in order to achieve maximum project reach.
Job Requirement
  • Graduate / MBA (from a Tier 1 School) in Operational/Supply Chain/Operational Research.
  • 5 to 9 years’ overall experience with 3+ years' experience as City / Regional / Central head positions with MNCs or unicorn start-ups.
  • Experience with team and people management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives for design operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep into understanding our business, our projects, and opportunities to improve the outcomes of our strategic projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in thought, action and team building.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced and high energy environment.
  • Strong business acumen for the Design & Build industry.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Interpersonal and leadership experience drives change through a strong ability to influence business partners and execute ideas through to completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Operations Excellence with a strong understanding of operations processes and customer experience required to maximize business.
  • Experience in developing and implementing measurement systems, processes, and procedures for complex situations.
