GoPro’s Americas Sales Operations team is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the role of Sales Operations Planner. Our goal is to be a best-in-class supplier to our Americas retailer and distributor partners and this role will have a big part in making that happen. We are looking for a collaborative and experienced team member who will create and maintain relationships with our external partners sales/supply chain/forecasting team members, as well as ensuring the planning and fulfillment of customer POs. This position will be responsible for short term forecasting/revenue planning with customers, supply/demand matching, fulfillment of customer POs and working cross functionally with Sales, Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting and Logistics counterparts to ensure optimal customer service levels. Our business moves fast, so we need someone who is comfortable with that pace.

What You Will Do

  • Own account short term planning, forecasting and order management (CPFR) for America’s customers by working with historical and current data to validate sales forecasts and promotion plans
  • Manage account WOS (Weeks of Supply), while focusing on forecast accuracy within the short-term planning window of 0-13 weeks
  • Process and manage customer POs by working closely with finance and order management partners on order to cash cycle
  • Track sell through results on a weekly basis against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, identifying and communicating any opportunities/risks based on deltas to target
  • Work to reduce/eliminate any chargeback potential through coordination with internal partners
  • Help drive process/procedural improvements immediately with account/team, while using experience or education to bring fresh perspective and ideas to the role

Skills We’re Excited About

  • BS/BA in Business Management / Supply Chain / Relevant Studies
  • 3+ yrs. of relevant experience in an Account Planning / Order Management / Supply Chain related role
  • Strong skills with data, including proficient MS Excel skills
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and managing complexity in a global, fast-paced organization
  • Ability to work in a team setting, build relationships cross-functionally and be a contributing and interactive member of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong written and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be dependent on candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ. Pay range: $79,900 – $94,000.
