Job Description / Skills Required

In this important role, you will work closely with our operations manager. This role will suit a self-motivated individual who enjoys learning new things and working with a team of senior engineers to develop technology that will revolutionize IC interconnects. This job requires different skills- Your specific responsibilities will include:


  • Responsible accounting operational functions including A/P, GL, payroll, month-end close process, account reconciliations, and all related tax matters
  • Act as subject matter expert in all areas related to the general ledger
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP including extensive experience with inventory
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Manage and produce financial statements
  • Drive system and process efficiencies and improvements
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
  • Work collaboratively across teams, providing actionable insights to help drive optimal business decisions
  • Designing & implementing internal controls commensurate with the changing scale of the business
  • Perform special projects or other duties as requested


  • Create shipments/ receive shipments
  • Manage office
  • Organize company events occasionally
  • Keep inventory on office supplies


  • Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working toward CPA preferred – 2 of 4 parts ideal
  • 5+ years of overall accounting experience, with at least 2 years public accounting experience preferred
  • Startup experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing
  • System implementation experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, energetic, team player who demonstrates good judgment and influences outcomes globally
  • Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks
