 About the Job

GoPro EMEA team is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the role of Senior Analyst Sales Strategy. Our goal is to be a best in class supplier to our Global retailers and distributor partners and this role will have a big part in making that happen.

This position will be responsible for long term Global forecasting/planning, supply/demand matching and working cross functionally with Regional Planning Teams, Sales, Sales Strategy, Product, Operations, Finance to ensure optimal service levels.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain 18 months rolling forecast for the Accessory category by analyzing historical data, future product plans and attach rates
  • Build and initiate strategic plans to grow accessory business across all regions by actively working with regional teams, Product and Sales Strategy
  • Work with regional short term planning teams to streamline short term needs and opportunities
  • GoPro DC inventory management, pro-actively indicate surplus and shortages
  • Streamline future buys for low and high performing accessories with Operations
  • Accessory GTM strategies, work closely with Sales/Product and GoPro.com to initiate new Product introductions to Sales and regional planning teams
  • Accessory Lifecycle Management, analyzing historical performance and work with Product to optimize future road maps

Skills We’re Excited About

  • BS/BA in Business Management Supply Chain / Relevant Studies 
  • 2-4 years of experience in Demand Planning / Analytics/ Consulting / Investment Banking
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficient MS Excel skills
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and managing complexity in a global, fast-paced organization
  • Ability to work in a team setting, build relationships cross-functionally and be a contributing and interactive member of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong written and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
