Work with customers, sales teams, applications engineers, system engineers, R&D engineers and the product managers to enable and technically support customer projects.
Cooperate with designers, application engineers and other product definers to clarify specifications and to meet customers’ requirement. Focus on customer design win support for Uhnder sensors and Radar on a chip (ROC) solutions.
Work with customers directly to demonstrate Uhnder solution and enable and verify Hardware and software design (chip support package, SDK).
Drive creation of datasheets and corresponding documentations, e.g. application notes.
Support customers in sensor installation, software deployment and enablement of key features.
Supporting sensor integration into application environment like ROS (internally and externally).
Contribute to the overall corporate and divisional goals of minimizing costs, contributing to the intellectual property bank, quality and reliability improvement.
BS in electrical or computer engineering or technology; MS preferred, 10+ years experience
Recognized member of technical staff, equivalent semiconductor/radar sensor expertise.
Experienced in related fields such as automotive, industrial, RF product, telecom as well as consumer electronics customer support, enablement.
Experienced in software to handle specifications, customer service ticketing system e.g. JIRA, JAMA.
Experienced in digital signal processing and/or RF measurements, PCB design, software tools.
Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills, having been effective in assignments that cross territorial and cultural boundaries.
Experience with processes and documentation requirements of autmotive standards such as AEC-Q100/AEC-Q104 qualification and ISO-26262 / IEC-61508 functional safety standards is appreciated.
General experience in all automotive safety and security aspects, including sensor fusion and sensor networks.
