What you’ll do
In collaboration with our Demand Generation Lead, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency within Marketing, including overseeing and managing our martech systems and operations, building and executing marketing programs and campaigns, and owning our reporting and data analysis.
This position will be based out of our Emeryville  office and employees will be expected to come into the office in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Own the marketing tech stack by leading the administration and management of integrations, lead routing, field mapping, documentation, and optimizations of functionalities, including the evaluation, vendor relationships, and implementation of any new and existing technology.
    • Manage the day-to-day of Hubspot, Salesforce, and 6Sense to ensure consistent tracking across all marketing campaigns & programs
    • Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards on marketing performance, and work with marketing leadership to communicate that performance to the broader company
    • Troubleshoot and QA workflows, data issues, marketing data hygiene, and other essential marketing ops functions
    • Work with the marketing team to build marketing analytics reporting and develop insights in Salesforce to make recommendations on areas for optimization and improve performance benchmarks.
    • Work with demand gen to track attribution for marketing sourced + influenced pipeline
    • Oversee marketing funnel process management to optimize lead flow: Lead Scoring, Routing, Qualification, MQL > Demo > Opportunity (and stages)
    • Co-own the email calendar strategy and planning to ensure our database segmentation is being maximized and targeted effectively
    • Co-own with RevOps our lead enrichment strategy to improve the quality of our database to enable effective segmentation and audience targeting
    • Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology
    • Enable rapid testing and experimentation, allowing for constant optimization demand and  lead generation techniques

Successful candidates will have:

    • 7+ years overall experience
    • 3+ years of high growth B2B marketing operations experience is preferred
    • 3+ years of professional experience working with marketing operations and automation tools
    • Expertise gathering, understanding, and analyzing data – and optimizing for results
    • Subject matter expertise with tools for email, web optimization metrics, event marketing, lead routing, and attribution and analytics.
    • Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards and communicating that data
    • Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior executives
    • Strong initiative, high attention to detail and quality, and the ability to make decisions autonomously
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment
    • Has a strong desire to experiment, through data-backed tests
    • BA or BS degree (MBA is a plus)
