About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Responsible for managing the payments capture service for Toast, owning and executing the strategy and roadmap  
  • Launch meaningful products solving complex business problems working across geographies (US, Ireland and India) and our business
  • Identify and implement product features that add resilience and enhance performance of our payment services
  • Anticipate and resolve strategic issues that impair the technical team’s ability to deliver
  • Highly visible role that requires interaction and partnership with multiple functions such as hardware, marketing, sales, finance, data science, operations and customer success

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 7+  years of product management experience 
  • Strong understanding of financial services and payment processing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in bridging the technical and business sides of projects, including the desire to lead through collaboration
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to demonstrate ideas visually
  • Proven time management, prioritization and organizational skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines)
  • MS, MTech, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience working in financial services preferred
