Swift Navigation is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and strategic Full Time Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will be responsible to source, recruit and close talented professionals while delivering a world-class candidate experience. Join us as we continue to build a dynamic workforce within Swift. 


  • Develop partnerships with hiring managers and drive a collaborative recruiting strategy.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, ATS, and innovative research strategies.
  • Manage candidates within our ATS and report hiring metrics and data.       
  • Own the candidate experience by conducting thorough screenings, preparing the candidate for interviews and guiding them through the hiring process.
  • As time permits, attend job fairs and industry conferences to build a progressive talent pipeline.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 5+ years of recruiting candidates across technical and non-technical opportunities.
  • 2+ years of experience specifically recruiting for Sales and Engineering talent and a solid understanding of engineering positions, job functions and skill sets in US and internationally.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative search methods and generate a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Proficiency in using Boolean logic, AIRS and LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high requisition load in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Excellent candidate assessment skills.
  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic.
  • Experience leveraging an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
