Job Description / Skills Required

Essential functions:

·Manage the delivery of radar sensor modules to customers on time and with the right quality. 

·Directly responsible for project planning, tracking of each task to completion, coordinating between various functional groups and resolving issues that hinder the progress of projects.

·Responsible for monitoring the lifecycle of the program from requirements analysis to manufacturing.

·Responsible for charting each program step necessary to accomplish design, development, and delivery of the radar sensor module, including the antenna, chassis, printed circuit board that carries the radar on chip, and associated electronic components, connectors, and software.

·Manage the program for the integration of radar module and core software such that the radar meets the requisite functional and performance requirements.

·Coordinate host software availability that allows the customer to manage the radar and visualize its detections and tracking capability.

·Apply technical knowledge of radar to coordinate activities between different departments that deliver requirements, system analysis, specifications and design mechanical components, radio frequency (RF) electronics, electro-mechanical sub-systems, system engineering, software, and verification and validation. 

·Coordinate program activities including testing, customer support, quality and functional safety, manufacturing, assembly, and calibration of the radar product.

·Keep track of key performance indicators such as delivery accuracy of each task, quality and compliance to specifications.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of validation and verification experience for Radar Frequency technologies. At least one (1) of the five (5) years of experience must have involved managing Radar Frequency product development testing, and related programs.
