As the Strategic Partnership Associate for Aera Technology, you will be a key stakeholder and voice of Aera for our partner program and to help build our partner ecosystem.  You will lead business-critical analyses and generate insights for the growing channel that will spearhead projects to deliver Aera’s platform to the world's best-known companies.   The candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, well organized, have a learning mindset, and have analytical and problem-solving skills to succeed in a lean, results-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
 
Our ideal candidate will be located in the SF Bay Area, but open to remote candidates within the US

Responsibilities

    • Develop and scale all elements of the partner program to successfully onboard, enable and manage our partners
    • Partner with customer success to enhance and scale partner enablement capabilities, such as our partner training and demo environments
    • Lead and support strategic projects and initiatives of global partnerships organization (e.g. run pilots to test new partnership models, etc.)
    • Support partnership qualification process, for global consulting, tech, and data partnerships
    • Develop and deploy partner ops processes and tools to track partnership performance on a regular basis, in conjunction with regional partnership and GTM organizations
    • Participate in and support partnership management cadence, including weekly/monthly cadence with key partners and driving joint agenda
    • Responsible for presenting and demoing Aera in front of partners; supports sales cycle as needed

About You

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
    • 2-4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, technology, or startups 
    • Preference for individuals who have Technology or Data Analytics experience 
    • Ownership mindset and drive
