Omio are seeking a proven, passionate, and driven Recruiter, who wants to make an impact, manage key stakeholders/business areas, and who is ready to leave big footprints in a great organization. 

Ideally, you will bring experience in successfully sourcing within Commercial/Sales, Finance, and Customer Services / Operational business areas. As a growing organisation in the buoyant travel industry, we now have three TA Manager positions to fill in a fun and engaging team. Location can be Berlin, London, or Prague and we also offer remote & hybrid working. 

Job Description

You will be working alongside and in partnership with 12 colleagues in the People Team who look after key areas including People Operations and Administration, Learning & Development/Talent Management, Reward and the People/Business Partnering space at Omio.  We thrive on teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support. The Role

  • Have end-to-end recruitment responsibility for a defined part of the business to find and attract the best talent

  • Be a partner to your business unit and create strong relationships with your stakeholders and hiring managers

  • Develop and optimise tools, methods, and processes to attract and hire top candidates

  • Organise and participate in recruiting events and help us shape our Employer Brand

  • Support key HR projects and activities to make Omio a top employer in the industry

  • Be a true brand ambassador of Omio​​​​​​​

 

  • Minimum three years of experience in a Recruiting / Talent Acquisition role with a proven track record of successful recruitment. This can be within a mixed discipline from Commercial, Finance, and Customer Services. 

  • Finance recruitment experience is a bonus.

  • Experience in direct sourcing along with a recruitment agency background is preferred

  • Conceptual strengths and analytical skills, paired with a hands-on mentality and a good sense of structure and processes

  • Growth mindset with the ability and willingness to understand the bigger picture.

  • Very good English language skills; additional languages are always valued at Omio

  • Positive personality with a team spirit.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations and become a true partner to the business
