About the Role
 
As a Talent Community Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to support our services management team in sourcing and testing linguists for projects and customers, run certification program for our linguists, engage with our community and much more. You will learn to work with and communicate effectively with the team, translators, and other stakeholders involved. 
 
Learn first-hand how a fast-growing technology startup functions. As a member of Lilt’s Services team, you will learn about product development, sales, customer success, marketing, localization and sourcing. You will be exposed to all cross-functional teams and walk away with a robust knowledge and understanding of all functions of the business.
 
This is a full-time remote contracting role.
 
Responsibilities
 
Outsourcing Campaigns:
-Creating and managing outsourcing campaigns
-Engaging with different channels and media to facilitate translator outreach
-Liaising with Services Managers and Strategists regarding account and project requirements
-Planning and scheduling of proactive campaigns
-Updating outreach platforms and channels for Lilt regularly
-Executing reactive campaigns efficiently and in timely manner
 
Translator Intake:
-Responding to applications
-Sending outreach communications to translators
-Screening of the applicants, their skills and qualifications
-Gathering translator profile data and documentation
-Verifying their credentials, checking references
-Translator testing and vetting
-Analysing trends and patterns in translator intake and reporting the data to the senior management
 
Translator Onboarding:
-Setting translators up in all internal systems
-Ensuring translators have complete information in their profiles and accounts for successful ongoing work
-Providing training materials and support to the newcomers
 
Translator Project Sourcing:
-Matching linguist supply to customer demand
-Identifying account and project talent gaps and providing resources to the services team
-Ensuring success and efficiency of the sourcing process
-Reporting on completed sourcing requests ensuring all projects and customers have resources to complete the work
 
Translator Capacity and Utilization
-Optimising the use of linguist resources across accounts ensuring balanced workloads and workstream for them
-Aligning assets across translator teams and Services Managers to ensure data is consistent and accessible
-Running weekly status reports on translator capacity against their current utilisation
-Implementing corrective actions to address negative trends and outliers
 
Community Engagement
-Ongoing community engagement and satisfaction monitoring
-Supporting moderating community communication in Slack channels
-Executing global Slack community initiatives (kudos, liltmob etc.)
-Ensuring translator availability and capacity data is available to Services Managers
-Regular translator surveys and polling with subsequent trend analysis
-Capturing and analysing translator satisfaction levels, analysing trends and implementing corrective actions
 
Product Support within Community
-Ongoing monitoring of tool usage
-Responding to product queries in the relevant channels
-Running regular webinars on product as and when required
 
Strategic Planning
-Identify and plan for project outreaches and campaigns
-Mapping languages with the highest fail and pass rates
-Ongoing monitoring of the Liltlancer journey
 
Database Management
-Regular reporting on all input data to ensure the data captured is updated and relevant
-Planning and controlling the database cleanup on the ongoing basis
-Identifying opportunities for improvement
-Optimising data of liltlancers and ensuring their profiles are complete and service the demand of the SMs
 
Certification Management
-Optimising product trainings to meet the needs of Service Managers and Quality Managers
-Ensuring all features improving the quality of the translation are available to the team
-Monitoring translator progress with certification videos
-Verifying completion of the webinars and quizzes and ongoing communication with translators
-Troubleshooting and support during the certification programme for the translators
-Generating Certificates for the translators and timely communicating results
-Updating translator journey details and database based on the certification results
 
Junior and Intern Supervision (TBC depending on performance and workload)
-Providing ongoing training and support to the junior employees in the team
-Ensuring the relevant documentation is timely updated and is accessible
-Identifying training gaps and planning for their rectification
-Organising shadowing sessions for the juniors to ensuring their ongoing exposure and performance improvement
 
 

Skills and Experience

    • 2+ years of experience in an LSP or similar role
    • Proficiency in English and only other languages as advantage
    • Experience with data manipulation and reporting
    • Strong email communication skills

    • Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
