Job Description
The primary responsibilities for this position would be as follows : Work with software development team and testing team for handling production issues. Providing technical support to clients and L1 support starts with questions regarding functionality and environments , resolving production issues and identifying the bugs in the system and reporting it to the Testing team or development team to provide a permanent fix and find the areas where the product improvement is required.

  • Basic knowledge in Networking , Linux,SQL queries , APIs and basic knowledge about testing.

  • Report Application Bugs to the Development/Testing Team and on-time following support SLA 
  • Problem solving and debugging skills
Job Requirement
  • You earned B.Tech or equivalent degree in computer science or related engineering field 
  • You have at least 2-5 yrs of experience working with large scale web products 
  • Basic programming skills on java or python, javascript, shell script 
  • Basic knowledge in Networking , Linux,SQL queries , APIs and basic knowledge about testing and development environments. 
  • Ability learn new technologies quickly 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Knowledge on Support Tools (example : JIRA Service Desk, Freshdesk or similar) 
  • API and platform interface Debugging skills
