This role is a part of the Content Marketing team at Livspace and will be focused on the creation and distribution of video content for Livspace’s completed interior projects across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram and optimizing its performance.
  • Ownership of video strategy, from creation to distribution 
  • Driving views and engagement (should be comfortable with defining and chasing targets) 
  • Implementing strategies which achieve audience growth
  • Overseeing asset creation of optimized, re-versioned assets for different social platforms
  • Creating high quality thumbnails, titles, copy, gifs, and AP other creative assets to drive growth across all social platforms (with internal teams or agencies)
  • Utilizing performance insights to generate recommendations for future video production
  • Optimize the funnel of satisfied customers (with high NPS / CSAT scores) to maximize the number and quality of shoots of Livspace’s completed home interior projects 
  • Any Graduation or similar degree
  • 3+ years of experience of using video content on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to grow followers and improve engagement
  • Experience running a YouTube channel is a major plus
  • Enthusiasm for experimenting with content and programming strategy to optimize for key metrics
  • Familiarity with metadata and SEO best practices
  • 2 years of experience in managing agencies and/or team
  • Strong administrative and operational skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the home interiors landscape
  • Video editing knowledge is a plus
