Job Description / Skills Required

You will be supporting Coverage Product Team on daily tasks aiming to improve Product Quality.

Day to day tasks:

  • cooperate closely with our engineers, product managers, designers and Commercial teams, as well as our external service providers
  • learn a lot as you go
  • [25%] Monitor Provider's Integration Performance through market deep-dives, data, graphs and dashboards reporting issues or inconsistencies to the responsible teams
  • [25%] Identify and analyze integration issues through logs and communication files (such as XML, JSON) in order to describe, classify and report them to internal teams or external providers
  • [20%] Follow up on issues reported, discussing solutions, providing additional details and ensuring fixing
  • [10%] Provide and maintain reports and supporting internal teams on frequent questions and tasks related to providers' integration
  • [10%] Update documentation and related tasks to ensure maintenance of knowledge base
  • Problem-solver, curious, eager to learn
  • Good communication skills to understand and describe problems, discuss solutions and solve problems
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis and excel
  • Knowledge of API, XML, JSON is a plus
  • Technical related (Software development, data analysis) field of study
