    Neil received a Bachelor’s Degree with a triple major in Computer Science, Economics, and Applied Mathematics (Cryptography) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison along with honors in Liberal Arts. He has held internships for Netflix and the Wisconsin State Assembly. Neil is a SETR Fellow at the Hoover Institution.
