    Sundar is a 4th year PhD student in the Computer Science
    department at Stanford University. He has been a Research Intern
    and later on a part-time Student Researcher in the Network
    Infrastructure team at Google Cloud. Prior to starting his PhD he
    spent a couple of years as a Research Fellow at Microsoft Research
    India working with Dr. Venkat Padmanabhan on the automated
    debugging of wide-area network (WAN) degradations in the
    context of Internet-scale “always online” services.
