Your role is pivotal in creating and implementing designs communicating Omio’s vision and brand image across our customer journey. Working with the design community in Marketing and Product Design, you will define our unique and modern brand expression. You will help us establish an iconic and contemporary travel tech brand that aims to transform how we travel and make every journey magical. Your expertise lies in building visually strong and compelling brands across all touchpoints, from marketing to products, and driving the design process from strategy and concept to execution. Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of the creative brand design vision, ensuring the visual brand expression consistency across the entire user journey.

Develop concepts that can bring ideas to life and push the boundaries of design.

Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to strategise, brainstorm, and produce a variety of modern design assets that captivate our audience and drive performance.

Analyse user insight, consumer trends, and industry trends to transform these insights into unique brand experiences.

Design powerful and distinct designs with a team of talented designers, user-researchers, animators, content specialists, and illustrators.

Create tactical design guidelines that define how our brand should be experienced by travellers, ensuring consistency and impact across all tactics.

Establish an impactful tactics library to ensure brand consistency and scale our brand design.

Consult and inspire our teams on industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge brand visual designs.

Provide brand guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to the design community at Omio.
Skills and Experience Required:
-
5-8 years of experience in designing at a tech company, marketing agency, or related field.

Experience in directing complex solutions for digital e-commerce products and brand projects.

Experience working with Marketing, Product, Product Design, and Engineering peers to understand detailed requirements and exceed expectations.

Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting, synthesising abstract ideas into concrete design workstreams.

Experience designing for responsive web, mobile, app, UX, GUI design, and all relevant offline and online marketing tactics across the customer journey.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and designing for UX and GUI, as well as experience with illustration, video, icons, and knowledge or affinity with 3D design programs such as Blender, Unreal Engine, or AI tools such as Midjourney.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional results.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion and distinct quality.

Extensive supervisory experience, including leadership, team-building, and delegation, leading and managing a design team.

Attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to developing distinct designs to support the success of our brand with global travellers.
