Responsibilities
- Drive and own quality processes
- Manage internal and external quality excursions
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Lead cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Manage customer data reporting and support customer audits
- Perform supplier audits
- Manage relevant quality compliance and certification processes
- Develop, implement continuous quality improvements
Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fields
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in semiconductor quality assurance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-tasks with proactive and self-driven attitude
- Desire to learn with attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with suppliers and customers
- Proven proficiency with structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, and 3 legs x 5 Why, AEC-Q100, FMEA, SPC
- Ability to travel as needed
Desired Experience
- Experience in semiconductor assembly and semiconductor testing
- Familiarity with CMOS wafer fabrication
- Strong knowledge in ISO and applicable JEDEC standards
