Dell Places $700M Price Tag On Force10/Turin
Dell Inc. is paying $700 million in cash for Force10 Networks Inc., a maker of high-speed Ethernet networking equipment that had plans for a public offering, according to two people familiar with the deal. Dell didn’t disclose the terms in its announcement this morning.
