Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

Position Summary: The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and growth by building and managing relationships with large enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand Kognitos' presence in the enterprise market.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of each enterprise client.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.

  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales processes and pipeline.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 companies.

  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.

  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and decision-making structures.

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
