Description:
The Finance and Accounting (F&A) Practice Leader will work to build the domain expertise at Kognitos for serving Finance and Accounting Shared Services customers and BPO customers. The expert will build content, advise the sales and marketing team on customer acquisition strategies, and serve as a strategic advisor for customers looking to develop and implement their AI strategy within F&A shared services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in Finance and Accounting to serve Shared Services and BPO customers effectively.

Build and curate content that showcases Kognitos's capabilities and solutions for the F&A industry.

Advise the sales and marketing teams on customer acquisition strategies, leveraging industry knowledge to attract and retain clients.

Serve as a strategic advisor for customers, guiding them in developing and implementing AI strategies within their F&A shared services.

Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and through written content, to convey Kognitos's value proposition.

Provide project management expertise to guide customers on implementing Kognitos solutions and developing AI governance within Shared Services.

Participate in industry forums and events to represent Kognitos and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a transformation role for a Fortune 1000 Shared Services Group or Global Systems Integrator (GSI).

Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and through content creation.

Proven project management experience, especially in guiding customers on implementing AI solutions and developing AI governance within Shared Services.

A strategic mindset with the ability to advise customers on AI strategy and implementation.

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in AI and their application within the F&A industry.
