We're looking for a new colleague to join our recruitment team on a part-time basis. You'll source niche technical and engineering talent and work in a friendly, supportive team. What You'll Be Doing:

Finding Talent: Searching for and engaging with technical and engineering candidates, mainly software engineers.

Learning: Picking up new sourcing techniques and expanding your knowledge about different technologies.

Teamwork: Working with an experienced team of recruiters and learning from them.

Candidate Interaction: Building and keeping good relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they have a great experience.

Hybrid Work: Mixing in-office work at our Karlin, Prague 8 location with the option to work from home.
- Interest in Recruitment: Keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in the technical field.

Communication Skills: Good at talking and writing, with the ability to connect well with candidates and team members.

Willingness to Learn: Ready to learn new techniques and technologies with a proactive mindset.

Organizational Skills: Good at managing your time and tasks, handling multiple things at once.

Tech Knowledge (Nice to Have): Understanding of software engineering and technical roles is a bonus, but not required.
