Role Summary
We're seeking a driven and visionary Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead sales and business development efforts within the concrete industry. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll have the chance to build a robust pipeline and drive sales growth.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
– Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
– Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
– Lead in closing strategic opportunities within the concrete industry.
– Promote AICrete's technology and services effectively within organizations and industry associations.
– Collaborate with specifiers, public agencies, and owners to generate business for AICrete.
 
Qualifications
– 6+ years of sales and business development experience in the concrete industry.
– Strong background in concrete materials with practical expertise.
– Proven success in selling to concrete producers or construction groups.
– Track record of closing 5-7 figure deals.
– Experience providing detailed status reports and market feedback.
– Demonstrated leadership in sales and business development.
– Ability to thrive in a growing company environment.
– Excellent communication skills and coaching abilities.
– Motivated by achieving targets and customer satisfaction.
– Committed to collaboration, diversity, and integrity.
 
Additional Qualifications
– Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
– Active involvement in industry associations for 3+ years.
