About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will work on leads generated through the Livspace presence in IKEA stores, and earn commissions as you help the company grow.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Sales Consultant
  • To actively source for potential clients, share our services and understand their requirements in detail. You must ensure their interactions with us convert them into paying customers.
  • To provide excellent customer service to potential clients.
  • Team -up with Interior Designer to own projects from start to finish,
  • Work out of IKEA stores, on a shift basis. Shift will be determined by a roster; you should be open to working on weekdays and weekends
  • Be the voice of Livspace and educate clients about our revolutionary interior design and execution capabilities
  • Work closely with the client to finalize deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
 
Job Requirement
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • You have demonstrated strong sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
  • Excellent in customer service.
  • Project Management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
  • A professional image with good sales presentation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales and results oriented team player.
